Mimaki’s TS330-1800, with eleven ink colours including two fluorescents, won its category at Europe’s print-technology awards.

At the 19th EDP Awards, judged by the European Digital Press Association, Mimaki’s TS330-1800 won “Best Textile Roll-to-Roll printer under 150 m²/h”. Two of Mimaki’s UV printers won in other categories.
The judges pointed to its stable media transport and high-capacity ink options for industrial production. The printer reaches about 140 m² an hour and can use up to eleven ink colours, including orange, violet and two fluorescent shades.
Why it matters to us: fluorescent sublimation inks are what make neon team kits and eye-catching event flags possible.
